Quintessentially British
Bone China Heritage

You may not be aware that Bone China was actually a British invention. Created by Josiah Spode II in around 1800, it’s known as the strongest of all ceramics and has a warm opaque glow to its beautiful whiteness. Check out this image by Wedgwood resting a double-decker on top of six bone china teacups!

We aim to set-up a small production studio in the UK’s capital of pottery, working closely with local clay labs, with the benefit of being close to drying and firing facilities as well as experienced technicians, we aim to produce the finest of British ceramics.
